Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by everyone, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What we have done
- Clear headings and page structure, so pages can be navigated by heading.
- Text and background colours chosen for strong contrast.
- Descriptive text for meaningful images.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with visible focus.
- Layouts that adapt to phones, tablets and zoomed text.
- Reduced animation for visitors whose device is set to reduce motion.
Known limitations
Some content comes from other providers and may not fully meet these standards, including embedded Google Maps and Google Calendar, and some older PDF documents. If you need information from any of these in another format, please contact us and we will help.
At the Gurdwara
The Darbar Sahib and langar hall are on the ground floor. Chairs are available for anyone who cannot sit on the floor. Sewadars at the entrance are happy to help. Call ahead if you would like us to arrange anything for your visit.
